Essential Duties:
- Work Independently manage daily property operations.
{=html} <!-- --> - Provide exceptional service to customers including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, processing rental agreements.
{=html} <!-- --> - Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
{=html} <!-- --> - Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts to include collection efforts.
{=html} <!-- --> - Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
{=html} <!-- --> - Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
Job Qualifications:
- Our employees are required to have a valid drivers license.
{=html} <!-- --> - Cash handling experience is preferred.
{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to work unsupervised.
{=html} <!-- --> - Basic computer knowledge
{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to multitask.
{=html} <!-- --> - Experience in sales
Physical Requirements:
- Conduct property walks often during shifts.
{=html} <!-- --> - Employees will spend about 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs and opening large doors frequently.
{=html} <!-- --> - Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks. This may include sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc.
{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
{=html} <!-- --> - May be required to run errands for the facility and travel/commute to other store locations.
