Compensation:

Competitive hourly wages: with Training wage of \$18.50/hr. for first 90 days, with raise to \$19.50/hr. after 90 days (depending on experience, performance, and other factors).

Position participates in quarterly collection bonus program.

Responsibilities:

Create Construction Pay Applications (Form G702/G703) for Builder Customers

Review, Reconcile, and revise Builder accounts as needed

Call and Contact customers to inform them of outstanding delinquency, determine reason for outstanding debt, encourage on-time payments, and process credit card payment or set up payment plans as needed

Receive inbound calls to assist in resolving billing, scheduling, or routing to appropriate department.

Manage, identify, and resolve discrepancies

Identify and Locate accounts with overdue payments

Maintain customer note record regarding contact, contact attempt, and information exchange with customers as needed.

Process customer payments, account adjustments and customer refunds where appropriate

Review records for accuracy and handle disputes to make sure that account information is entered and maintained appropriately

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

A Positive Attitude

Customer Service Experience

Excellent customer service skills

Strong Professional verbal and written communication

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Fluent / Bilingual in Spanish
