-Coordinate with DBME Contracts Manager and the DES Office of Procurement in the development, execution, and management of contract agreements on behalf of DDSA.\ -Assist DDSA in the development of scopes of work; participate in vendor evaluation during solicitations; draft contract agreements and prepare them for signature; and, amending the terms of all contracts timely.\ -Monitor contracts including but not limited to ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions including federal and state laws, regulations, and Department policies and procedures.\ -Provide timely, appropriate, and professional technical assistance as issues arise and take appropriate action as warranted by the situation.\ -Confers, advises, and provides technical assistance on contract related issues to management and program staff.\ - Performs research, gathers information, solves problems, and improves contract administration procedures at the program level based on applicable policies and procedures.\ - Ensure accurate contractual related information is communicated to vendors and business partners in a timely and professional manner..
