onsemi Fall 2024 Product Analysis Lab (PAL) Intern in Phoenix, Arizona

  • Collaborate with the Global New Product Development Failure Analysis (FA)-Readiness team in the development and management of FA test solutions for new products and products in mass production.

  • Manage fabrication projects for new test solutions, including printed circuit boards fabrication and assembly and parts-kits procurement.

  • Administrative support to Failure Analysis enablement for high priority ASIC products tested and analyzed at the Carmona site.

  • Administrative support to Failure Analysis enablement for new products and products transferred to our East Fishkill fab.

  • Manage and keep up to date test solutions and control samples database at the Product Analysis Lab in Phoenix. This includes preparing test solutions and product control samples inventory for the upcoming move to the Tempe location.
