Concentrix Catalyst is searching for a talented CX Engagement Solutions Group Manager to independently lead one or more teams through transformation projects for large clients and develop recommendations for improvement related to the project initiative. This role requires a high level of creativity, independent initiative, attention to detail, analytic skills, and the leadership aptitude to inspire excellence in others. You should be self-sufficient and self-motivated, but also a strong team player. You’ll need strong organizational, multitasking and planning skills as well as a high commitment to quality and outstanding internal and external customer service.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

  • Serve clients across a range of industries to drive impactful business value through improved customer journeys and better customer experiences

  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and exceptional project delivery

  • Lead 1-2 client engagements concurrently, or a single client account with multiple embedded work streams; Provide management of all work streams supporting the client project – viewed upon by client as the SME responsible for the overall project delivery

  • Develop an analytic approach, document tasks and manage timelines for new/existing clients in support of our consulting projects

  • Lead a high performing team to deliver quality analysis, thought capital, and clear data driven recommendations bounded by options and risk scenarios

  • Analyze external markets dynamics and multiple large data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights

  • Develop recommendations for improvements with calculated ROI/impact expectations related to the project initiatives

  • Lead internal and client-facing presentations to provide thought leadership, findings, and recommended changes for improvement

  • Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into new solutions

  • Manage contract, timeline, budget and all deliverables for internal or external client projects

  • Teach others how to derive insights that are not obvious, recognize account growth opportunities, and have a solid business case for success

  • Oversee individual contributors on successful consulting engagements as well as perform day to day people management of multiple direct reports

  • Support consulting business development and provide expertise in areas such as strategic development, analytics and process improvement and effectiveness

  • Participate in practice building activities (e.g., recruiting, pre-sales marketing material and thought leadership development)

Candidate Background & Profile

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage the work of other team members and consistently deliver high quality work products

  • Experience supervising team members by providing project-specific direction, guidance on consulting capabilities and ongoing professional development

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in teams

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills

  • Results orientation / self-directed -- ability to drive change in unstructured environment

  • Ability to effectively structure problems, solutions and influence clients to purchase services

  • Plan and manage multiple work streams in support of large, complex projects

  • Develop and structure key components of client deliverables (ROI Analysis, statistical analysis, strategic assessments, communications, business process mapping, etc.)

  • Ability to work and lead others in ambiguous situations

  • Recognized as an expert in consulting field, knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry best practices

  • Advanced knowledge of a data analysis methodology; Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certification nice to have

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in consulting, customer relationship management, analytical analysis and/or statistical analysis

  • Solid understanding of contact centers and self-service channels

  • Must have proficiency with various software programs including Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written communication skills and oral presentation skills
