Role:
This position is responsible for answering Help Desk calls, managing and escalating tickets, and handling troubleshooting problems.
Summary of Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets.
Perform Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC’s)
Answer calls & open tickets for all support requests.
To resolve and close tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Assign and escalate all tickets in a timely manner, follow up on all open tickets, and keep the supervisor informed of critical tickets.
Coordinate with staff & vendors as needed.
Assist in creating documentation to expand the knowledge base.
Perform and assist with basic desktop and site upgrades.
Backup other IT duties.
Maintain a professional demeanor.
Comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/ Anti-Money laundering programs, USA Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Must be a resident of Arizona and available to work in office
Hours: 9:15 am - 5:45 pm
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Up to 1 year of related experience
Other Skills:
Basic understanding of PC hardware and software
Use and knowledge of personal computers, ability to manipulate files/data, and create solutions to PC-related problems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management personnel verbally, in writing, and on the phone.
Ability to detect errors and make decisions with minimum supervision.
Ability to work independently; demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
Working Environment
Extra hours may be required on nights and weekends due to processing or project needs.
Working times and conditions mean that some of the time at work is with little or no other personnel available for consultation except for contact by phone.
Travel is required on an infrequent basis for training or member support purposes. Must be able to travel independently to department and branch locations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
