Banner Health Join Our Team: ACNP Extraordinaire Wanted for Hospitalist Observation Role in Phoenix, Arizona
Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Observation Hospitalist to join a collegial team of Hospitalists with Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, the largest and one of the most comprehensive tertiary care facilities in Arizona. Clinical responsibilities for this opportunity include working in collaboration with a team of hospitalist physicians to admit, manage, and discharge hospitalized patients of all acuity levels.
Opportunity Details:
13-15 Patients per shift
Full-time-40 hour work week with flexible schedule
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and pharmacy plans
401K Plan with 4% match after one year
CME days plus allowance
Paid Malpractice
Requirements:
2+ Years' experience as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner preferred
Acute Care, Cardiology and/or Inpatient experience is highly desirable
Current State of Arizona RN license or in process
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the State Board of Nursing
Critical Care Certified
DEA with prescriptive authority required
Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
