Summary: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our manufacturing processes for mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies. Utilizing your expertise in Lean production principles and cutting-edge technologies, you will lead the charge in designing, evaluating, and enhancing our production methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate Assembly Processes: Apply your deep understanding of mechanical and electro-mechanical designs to develop efficient assembly processes and procedures, integrating Lean and Continuous Improvement Production principles for optimal results.

  • Troubleshoot and Improve: Analyze and resolve challenges related to product designs and manufacturing assembly processes, leveraging your electro-mechanical aptitude to drive solutions.

  • Enhance Efficiency: Develop, procure, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure seamless production methods, constantly striving for efficiency gains.

  • Collaborative Design: Work closely with product designers, providing invaluable insights into manufacturability from concept to launch, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal outcomes.

  • Utilize Cutting-Edge Tools: Employ CAD/Solidworks to modify and improve product designs, and adhering to Change Management Procedures.

  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the organization’s ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in all endeavors.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4 years full-time expereince OR Associates degree in related field with 6 years full-time experience OR 10 years full time applicable experience

  • Proven experience in Lean production principles and tools.

  • Strong background in mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.

  • Proficiency in CAD/Solidworks and other relevant software.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
