The Cigna Group Medicare Field Sales Representative - Remote - Maricopa County, AZ - Cigna Healthcare in Phoenix, Arizona
Location - Remote, work from home, Maricopa County (must be located in/or near area)
SUMMARY:
Responsible for selling activities related to new business development, home appointments, group presentations, and provider/community collaboration for Medicare- related products.
Work at home location - Maricopa County, AZ (Remote, Work from Home, must live in/near area)
Greater than or equal to 50% local travel required for sales appointments and sales/prospecting events
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance - mileage reimbursement provided
Valid Producer license to sell Medicare products
Bilingual preferred, not required
RESPONSIBILITY:
Meet or exceed sales quotas, compliance requirements, and department/manager expectations
Evolve existing provider and community relationships to increase self-generated referrals
Identify new provider and community referral opportunities, collaborating with the market to develop
Conduct advertised sales presentations for prospects and leverage community partnerships to host events
Create a lead pipeline from physician patient base through physician partnerships and Net Ops
Meet with prospects who have responded to Cigna marketing campaigns or referred and requested appointments
Increase self-generated lead volume to account for 50% of total lead volume
Focus on close ratio and lead pipeline, maintaining CRM updates appropriately
Attend sales training and department sessions
Lead, collaborate and execute on provider and community relations activities including event planning, execution, and tracking
Produce campaign and event tracking reports showing return on investments and key initiatives
Carry out appropriate sales activity standards as directed by manager
Manage allocated budget for sales events, sponsorship activities, and key community events
Maintain knowledge of compliance regulatory procedures and Medicare Marketing Guidelines to utilize in all functions, processes, and communication
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong presentation skills and ability to present to a group or individual
Basic public relation and event planning proficiency
Ability to convert general interest to a lead, and a lead to a sale / convert general interest to a grassroots provider or community center into an opportunity
Ability to develop self-generated lead opportunities
Ability to expand sales efforts across multiple products as appropriate
Ability to develop a territory, manage contacts, and exercise long-term vision approach
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own schedule
Knowledge of marketing strategy, value proposition
Adherence to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines
Customer features and benefits and Medicare knowledge preferred
