    THE POSITION:

    Canyon State Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Electrical Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by managing financial data, compliance documentation, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Sage 100, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and process all project costs and financial data, including budgets, change orders, budget adjustments, and monthly progress billings in Sage 100.

  • Comply with and facilitate monthly job forecast meetings to review and evaluate committed costs, costs to date, and final projected costs for each project.

  • Run and distribute weekly job cost reports to keep stakeholders informed of project financial status.

  • Submit prequalification applications to general contractors for new bids to expand the company's project pipeline.

  • Compliance Documentation: Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation, including CIOs, pre-liens, and vendor documents to ensure the company remains compliant with all legal and contractual requirements.

  • Textura Payment Management: Track compliance documents and AIA pay apps in the Textura Payment Management system to streamline payment processes.

  • Additional Support: Assist with additional project management, compliance, accounting

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of Project Coordinator experience

  • Highly- motivated person that is constantly looking to exceed.

  • Detail-oriented individual.

  • Strong writing and verbal skills.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Strong understanding of accounting.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
