Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description
Join our team as a Civil Engineer to manage a variety of projects including water resources, site development, and infrastructure enhancements, particularly for urban sites. This role involves both creating new infrastructure and contributing to school additions. You will navigate the development approval process, adhering to jurisdiction requirements such as MDE for water resources, SWM, and Baltimore County development processes. Your work will mainly focus on public projects rather than major municipal contracts or subdivisions.
Hard Skills
0-5 years of land development design experience across various verticals (e.g., Water Resources, Transportation)
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge in Site/Land Development, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, site grading, storm drain, roadway, utility design, etc.
Soft Skills
Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats
Interest in professional growth within the field
Capability to handle multiple jurisdictions

Our office environment includes 30 professionals divided into four multidisciplinary work groups, each led by a group leader.
