Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in the non-profit industry, located in Piedmont, South Carolina. This role will be fully remote, and will involve a number of key responsibilities related to the hiring process, including using various tools and systems to facilitate recruitment.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective recruitment
• Leverage platforms like Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
• Manage timekeeping using Kronos Timekeeping System
• Use Microsoft Excel for maintaining and managing recruitment data
• Employ the About Time tool for effective time management in the recruitment process
• Conduct Background Checks for potential candidates as part of the hiring process
• Handle Benefit Functions related to recruitment and hiring
• Prepare and manage Documentation related to the recruitment process
• Oversee Hiring Processes to ensure they are efficient and effective
• Conduct Corporate Recruiting to source potential candidates
• Manage Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to hiring. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required
• Should have experience with Careerbuilder
• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Must have experience with About Time
• Should be able to conduct Background Checks
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is necessary
• Must have good Documentation skills
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes is required
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting is necessary
• Must have experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in Recruiting is mandatory.
