New OB Hospitalist Service in Pinehurst, NC Unique opportunity to shape the future of in-house OB services where safety and zero harm are deeply embedded in our organization’s culture. About the Position : + Practice at FirstHealth’s flagship hospital (402 beds) in Pinehurst, NC. + Integrated care team offers comprehensive maternity services in a compassionate, warm, and comfortable environment. + Seven 24-hour shifts per month, option to work additional shifts if required. + Join a team of OB Hospitalists, community OB/GYN physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner, Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, Neonatologist, and a great surgical support team. + Our Women’s and Children’s Center has 9 labor rooms and 10 triage rooms. + Approximately 3,000 deliveries per year, and trending. + Perform deliveries, OB triage, inpatient/ER consults, emergent GYN surgeries. + Deliver high quality care ranging from routine obstetrical and gynecologic services to high-risk procedures with the support of a multidisciplinary team. + Family-centered approach allows baby and mom to stay together in a private group, same nurse team cares for mom and baby. + Mother/baby services include lactation consult, new mother support group, post-partum depression care, massage, and fitness. + Comprehensive compensation and benefits package: + Competitive base salary + Annual quality bonus + Health, life, and disability benefits + 3 retirement savings plans – 401a, 403b with match, 457b + 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) + Relocation allowance + CME allowance, reimbursement for licensure and DEA + Fitness center discount + Paid malpractice with tail coverage + Customized wellbeing resources for personal support and professional development About FirstHealth of the Carolinas : + Financially stable health care system with four hospitals, primary and convenient care clinics, occupational health services, dental centers, home health, hospice & palliative care, fitness centers, a robust philanthropic Foundation, and more. + Organizational culture guided by a commitment to patient safety, quality, and performance excellence, as evidenced by some of FH Moore Regional Hospital’s recent achievements: + Outstanding Patient Experience Award in 2022 by Healthgrades. Qualifications : + Completion of an ACGME/AOA-certified OBGYN residency program and board certification/eligibility required. + Clean background, NC licensure and NC DEA required.
