Description
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Contracts Administrator to be part of our team in Plano, Texas. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be expected to manage customer contracts, ensure auditing compliance, and handle billing functions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process amendments and updates in customer contracts
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to contracts
• Ensure contract compliance in line with construction industry standards
• Handle and manage all aspects related to contract administration.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing
• Ability to draft, review and implement contract amendments
• Proven experience in auditing for adherence to contract terms and conditions
• Proficient in performing billing functions, including invoicing and payment tracking
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in contract management
• Experience in the construction industry, specifically in contract administration.
