Description Job Title: Office Manager
Job Type: permanent (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
Job Summary: Seeking a personable and organized Office Administrator with 3-5 years of experience for a global technology company delivering immersive experiences for Sports and Entertainment, Science and Education, and Parks and Attractions. This role involves greeting visitors, managing calendars, coordinating with vendors, and supporting board meetings and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and provide a friendly reception experience. Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries. Manage office calendars and schedule meetings. Coordinate with vendors and support office operations. Assist with board meetings and new employee onboarding.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of office administration experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Friendly and detail oriented demeanor. Requirements • Prior experience of 3 or more years as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role • Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High School diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration is a plus.
