Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Job Description
Complete sub-assemblies and final assemblies of motors. Build motors for military applications and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine assembly specifications. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and soldering components together. Test components to ensure proper assembly and soldering.

Essential Skills
2+ years of electrical assembly experience
2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
1+ year of schematic and blueprint reading experience
Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and inspection equipment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with electronic assembly
Knowledge of soldering techniques

Work Environment
1st shift - Monday to Thursday, 5am-1:30pm, and Friday, 4am-12pm. The assembly shop is a clean room setting where parts are assembled into motors. The recently expanded shop is very clean and organized. Employees must wear steel toe boots, jeans, and a plain t-shirt. Approximately 150 people work in the plant.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
