Position Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department. Use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests. Order office and department supplies. Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 2 - 3 years of related receptionist experience with excellent communication skills. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
