Simply406 (a food and beverage company in Polson) is hiring a full-time line processing crew member. This position could include production, packaging or the cleaning and sanitation department. OTHER DUTIES/FUNCTIONS: -Operating packaging, sealing, or tin tie machine. -Ensuring products meet requirements. -Documentation of duties/task, packaging, or production. -Assemble and stack boxes. -Cleaning and Sanitation of plant facility and equipment. -Other duties as directed by supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: -Ability to move quickly and grasp, manipulate and assemble objects with hands. -Team player willing to pitch in and be flexible in duties/tasks. -Detail oriented when performing tasks. -Must work well independently, as well as in a team environment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: -Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 55 pounds, or assist with team members lifting objects. -Climbing stairs, crouching, bending, sitting, and standing when performing tasks up to 10 hours. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: -High School diploma or GED preferred. -Experience with working in food facilities and familiar with GMPs a bonus. WORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION: -Exposure to high temperatures/heat, cleaning materials, and allergens: Wheat & Eggs. BENEFITS: -Season completion bonus available. -$50 per week performance bonus available to qualifying employees. -401(k) program (5% match) after 6 months employment available. -Eligible for Life insurance after 6 months of employment. Wage: Starting at $11.10/hour or higher depending on experience Hours: Full Time; hours vary depending on shift/position
