LAKE COUNTY Motor Vehicle Clerk in POLSON, Montana
The Lake County Treasurers Office is accepting applications for a Motor Vehicle Clerk. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service or an office environment. Must be knowledgeable of office practices and procedures; possess the ability to operate a computer, calculator, fax, copy machine, cash register, and telephone; the ability to understand and carry out instructions, establish and maintain cooperative relationships, work efficiently and quickly under stressful conditions, and relate to the public in a courteous manner. MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK in accordance with the Montana Department of Justice. DUTIES: Perform motor vehicle transactions; process title transfers and renewals; issue permits and license plates; file Security Interest; balance and sweep daily motor vehicle receipts; process transactions using a cash register; maintain files; restock forms; provide excellent customer service; process credit card transactions; and perform other duties as assigned. HOURS/DAYS: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. WAGE: $16.75/hourly. BENEFITS: Lake County offers excellent benefits!
