Cinnamon Shore Rentals, LLC Lifestyle Operations Manager/ Short Term Rentals in Port Aransas, Texas
- Answer inquiries pertaining to short term rentals events and activities including policies and services, and resolve occupants' complaints.
- Participate in financial activities, such as the setting of room rates, the establishment of budgets, and the allocation of funds to departments.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI,s
- Confer and cooperate with other managers to ensure coordination of short term activities
- Developer of culture training for all associates
- Advisor for cross culture training and adaptation of J-1 candidates and other seasonal hiring programs that are part of the short term rental community
- Monitor the revenue activity of the short term rental facilities and all amenities
- Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures.
- Prepare required paperwork pertaining to departmental functions for the short rental community.
- Meet with guests to schedule and plan details of recreational and lifestyle events, receptions and other functions including playgrounds and games, pool lakes and park activities, beach activities, fitness and wellness activities, dining and retail activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Hospitality Management, or its foreign degree equivalent
