1812 Food & Spirits Bartender in Port Clinton, Ohio
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at 1812 Food & Spirits. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies
Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Upsell beverages and promote special offers to customers
Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
