Bassett's Market is hiring Carry-Outs. As a carry-out at our grocery store, your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers with loading groceries into their vehicles and providing exceptional customer service - Retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot and returning them to the store - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store's entryway and parking lot area - Offering assistance to customers with heavy or bulky items - Providing information about store promotions and services to customers - Ensuring the safety of customers and their belongings during the loading process - Following proper lifting and carrying techniques to prevent injuries - Collaborating with other team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers - Adhering to all store policies and procedures related to customer service and safety To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, and have a friendly and helpful demeanor. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not required.
