Bassett's Market is hiring Cashiers. As a cashier, your main responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and processing their purchases accurately and efficiently
Scanning items, handling cash and card transactions, and providing change when necessary
Bagging groceries and ensuring that customers have a pleasant checkout experience
Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous cashier experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. If you are friendly, reliable, and enjoy working with customers, we would love to have you join our team as a grocery store cashier.
