Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Operator for the PM Shift who will be responsible for operating blow mold machines, performing minor troubleshooting, and making adjustments as needed. The ability to work independently is crucial as this department operates 24 hours a day.
Responsibilities
Operate blow mold machines efficiently.
Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to the machines.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Essential Skills
2+ years of machine operating experience.
Experience with machine operation and filling machines.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Experience with production and changeovers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in dairy processing or a GMP environment.
Experience in high-volume production lines.
Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift and open to 10-20 hours of overtime.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
Comfortable working in a colder environment.
Work Environment
This position is for the PM Shift, working from 4pm to 4am on rotating shifts of 4 days on and 3 days off. The work environment includes a refrigerated packaging area, and requires wearing appropriate protective gear such as hair nets, beard nets, hard hats, steel-toe boots, non-slip shoes, hi-vis vests, and no jewelry.

This is a permanent position based out of Port Washington, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.42 - $23.42/hr.
