Job Details Job Location 0313-- 9177 RIDGETOP BLVD NW, SILVERDALE, WA 98383 - SILVERDALE, WA Position Type Full Time Description A-Team Solutions LLC is seeking Full time Phlebotomist for the VA clinic in Silverdale, WA. This would be day shifts Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm in the lab. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform venipuncture procedures on outpatient veterans. -Accession and process laboratory specimens in accordance with VA and College of American Pathologists regulations. - Greet and log specimen orders in for outpatient veterans. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, FSA Qualifications Requirements: - High school graduate. - Completed a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) certified phlebotomy training program. - Minimum 1 year experience in phlebotomy in an inpatient or outpatient setting. - Experience with accessioning of laboratory specimens - Experience with processing of laboratory specimens - Capable of reading standard operating procedures and adhering them to the current laboratory processes. - Communicate clearly the daily status and problems about the laboratory output to team members and senior management of the service. - Computer literate. - Phlebotomy Technician (PBT), American Society of Clinical Pathology, or eligibility pending within 3 months of start date.
