HIRING: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES!
Job Description -
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for working in the racks, pulling and putting away containers and files. You will stage boxes weighing up to 50lbs consistently, keep inventory through barcode identification, and use pallet jacks to move boxes around. This position has the potential to transition into a Driver role upon permanent employment.

Essential Skills/Qualifications -
At least 6 months of previous warehouse experience.
Clean driving record with no more than two points on license.
Ability to represent the company well.
Physical capability to move boxes all day.
Desire to become a driver and willingness to undergo training for the role.

Work Environment -
Our Client is a records management company with records stored in various warehouses in Poway. The role involves moving boxes up to four floors, with the fourth floor becoming hot during summer months. Upon conversion, the driving role will be local to San Diego, involving routes with vehicles such as Ryder rental trucks, vans, and cars.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
