Celonis Ecosystem Strategy & Operations Intern in Prague, Czech Republic

Join our part-time internship for University students who want to gain real-life work experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Ecosystem S&O Intern to join our team for at least 6 month program . This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team and contribute to the development and execution of Make's strategy.
The Team:
The Ecosystem Strategy & Operations team is a crucial part of Make growth, providing analytical & execution support to the company’s Service - and Technology Partnership functions. The team is responsible for a variety of duties in strategic planning, partner operations, finance, and business analytics – requiring a mix of strategy, go-to-market design, market analysis, process optimization, and operational business support. The Intern Ecosystem Strategy & Operations will report directly to the global Manager Ecosystem Strategy & Operations.
What you’ll do:
Assist the ecosystem team in the development and execution of the company's ecosystem strategy by conducting research, analyzing data, and optimizing the status quo by leveraging trends and opportunities.
Support the coordination of cross-functional projects: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and other operations functions, to ensure that all ecosystem-related projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations within Make and for external stakeholders.
Have the opportunity to lead an independent project which you will be responsible for designing, executing, and presenting to the team. This project could be related to your interests or align with Make's ecosystem strategy, and should demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Support the management of our NGO program, interacting with externals from NGOs and help spreading Make in the NGO sector.
Perform other duties as assigned by the ecosystem team or senior leadership, as needed. Don't worry, you won't be bored with us.:)
Required Skills:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to learn new skills, and adapt to changes
Ability to come up with creative solutions to complex problems and think outside the box
Being a team player who can work well with others, contribute to group discussions, and share ideas.
Detail-oriented with a proactive working style
Strong written and verbal fluency in English
Passion for sustainability and automation is a plus
