Core Responsibilities

Supply Alchemist: From IT equipment to office fruits, you'll keep our supplies stocked and organized, work closely with different teams to ensure everything runs smoothly

Facility Management: Ensure a comfortable and safe environment by liaising with cleaning, catering, and security vendors. You'll also be the champion for health & safety, coordinating fire protection training and equipment checks.

Event Extraordinaire: Help organize amazing in-house and off-site events, from team celebrations to conferences and office visits

Invoice Inspector: Make sure accurate financial records by receiving and reviewing invoices from office vendors.

Vendor Partner: Collaboration with our vendors and procurement teams

Our New Office Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of our lovely, modern office, and in this way contributes to a pleasant, safe and comfortable work environment for our Business Services Operations colleagues, who support the crucial financial and HR tasks for the whole EMEA region.

We are happy if you already have:

· Experience in administration / office management / facility area

· Experience working in a business service center, especially in an international setting.

· MS Office proficiency

· Fluency in both English and Czech
