To work directly with customers, take orders, meet customer needs, etc. The ultimate career path will depend upon the candidates abilities and performance as well as business needs over time. This position is based within inside sales team to provide a broad-based exposure to our product lines as well as the overall customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to work directly with customers from assigned accounts to provide information and take orders to meet customers needs.
- Answers telephone responds correctly to customer questions, and processes orders in a timely manner.
- Serves as liaison between internal and external customers (including sales, plant management & engineering) as needed to resolve any issues related to orders.
- Expedites the processing of special orders to satisfy customer deadlines.
- Remain flexible, open and positive when faced with challenging needs and customer demands.
- Performs special projects as assigned to support sales and customer service functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
