Payrate: \$16/hr.

Description:

• Remove all nonconforming material, i.e. husks/stalks, damaged/moldy product, rogues and off-types, inert material (weeds & refuse).
• Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly while performing the duties of this job, which regularly require the worker to stand, sit, reach motion with arms and hands, twisting at the waist, stooping, and ability to talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the contract worker is frequently exposed to continuous elevated noise levels and moving conveyors.
• Spanish-speaking workers are welcome.

Schedule: 25 workers on each team

• Team 1: Monday-Friday 6:00am-12pm and Saturdays 6am-6pm
• Team 2: Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm* and Sundays 6am-6pm
• Note- One bilingual Team Lead will be added to each team

Additional information:

• Team 2 workers will receive \$0.75/hr 2nd shift differential on the weekdays. On Sundays, when they start at 6am, they will receive straight time only

\$50 weekly perfect attendance bonus (to be submitted as miscellaneous invoice)
