Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Traffic Analysis and Traffic Signal Design
Familiarity with NJDOT, NYCDOT, and PAYNYNJ standards.
Certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) is required
PE license in the state of NJ or NY is required or able to obtain within 12 months
B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering is required
Responsibilities:
Technical oversight of staff and projects
Traffic Modelling and Analysis
Traffic Signal Design
Project Management
Development of Technical Proposals
Client relations
