Work Tasks to be performed

·         APPLES HARVEST: The Worker will hand harvest apples this can be performed from a motorized

platform and/or from the ground or a ladder.

·         CHERRY HARVEST: Worker will hand harvest cherries.

·         THINNING: Thinning is a manual process used to control the size and quality of grown fruit.

·         TRACTOR DRIVER: A tractor operator must be able to operate a manual transmission style clutch and gear operation.

·         IRRIGATOR: The main responsibility of the irrigator is to move water throughout the farm to properly irrigate the orchard.

·         CHECKER: The checker is the person who aids the crew boss with collecting information.

·         PRUNING: Pruning numerous varieties of apple and cherry trees according to established company procedures based on the difference in the treatment of different varieties.

·         General farmwork

Tareas Específicas en el Trabajo

·         COSECHA DE MANZANAS: El trabajador cosechará manzanas a mano, esto se puede realizar desde un motorizado plataforma y/o desde el suelo o una escalera.

·         COSECHA DE CEREZAS: El trabajador cosechará las cerezas a mano.

·         DESHIJE: El deshije es un proceso manual que se utiliza para controlar el tamaño y la calidad de la fruta cultivada.

·         CONDUCTOR DE TRACTOR: Un operador de tractor debe ser capaz de operar un embrague y una operación de engranajes estilo transmisión manual.

·         RIEGO: La principal responsabilidad del regante es mover el agua por toda la finca para regar correctamente el huerto.
