1.Trained and direct staff on guest floor.

3.Check and report maintenance work to be done.

4.Make recommendations on procedure to be adopted and personnel required to the AEH.

5.Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the PA assigned including equipment and supplies in general.

6.Report immediately sick and irregular guest to AssistantHousekeeper.

向行政管家汇报客人生病和异常客人。

7.Organize work assigned ensure that staff understand and perform their duties quickly and efficiently in order that the standard on quality and service are met all times.

8.Inspect service trolley to ensure that they are well-stocked.

确保工作车储存规范。

9.Check public area before VIP guest arrival, visit guest during their stay to offer assistance.

10.Investigate complaints from guest and staff and report it to AssistantHousekeeper in log book.

11.Responsible for all the loan article on record.

13.Take care of all the phones from guest and staff.
