GE Vernova Lean Operations Intern in Queretaro, Mexico
Job Description Summary
Collaborate and provide support to the Continuous Improvement efforts in the Generator HD Services ITR engineering team. This is a key function to help the team to effectively apply Lean methodology to enhance the agility on our day-to-day operation.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand & identify business needs & processes to lead their mapping & documentation.
• Support the team to continue on-going Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Working on activities that contribute to improve our current processes and systems to avoid defect appearances and reoccurrences.
• Become familiar with data & processes architecture while identify/anticipating data & processes needs.
• Supports the gathering of data and other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Gen ITR manager.
• Demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, initiative, self-driving, interpersonal skills, analytical ability and ability to adapt to change and being persistent to full fill their tasks and goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
Currently studying 6th semester or above of a Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degrees.
Working experience in using Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Lean Methodologies
Availability to work 40 hours per week
Advanced English level (Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day conversation on any topic including technical discussions)
