What You Will Do: The Customer Service Representative will provide top notch service to our customers, ensure that their requirements and needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from our distributors with various inquiries about API products including placing a new order, following up on an existing order, product specific questions, requests for quotes, and/or tracking a shipment. Develop in-depth knowledge of TTP\'s product line and become proficient in reading a bill of materials (BOM) to understand a product\'s parts and components and identify model numbers. Review customers purchase order and verify pricing, part number accuracy, addresses (Vendor, billing, and shipping), ship dates, and terms of sale. Entry into API\'s ERP system (PLEX). Collaboration with other departments; Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Shipping, and Operations teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer\'s expectations. Responsible for working within customer portals to obtain new orders, verify pricing, determine if revisions are required and provide acknowledgements.
