Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to assist on Flexo machines, which are used to fold, stack, and package corrugated boxes. The candidate will work in a loading/unloading role, feeding raw cardboard material into the machine. This role requires lifting 20-40 lbs consistently and involves cross-training for various day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in operating Flexo machines to fold, stack, and package corrugated boxes.
Load and unload raw cardboard material into the machine.
Read a tape measure to prepare material accurately.
Perform machine setups and adjustments as needed.
Conduct inspections and maintain quality control.
Operate a forklift when required.
Essential Skills
At least 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift 20-40 lbs consistently.
Capability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day.
Proficient in using a tape measure.
Experience with machine operation and adjustments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift operation experience.

Work Environment
This position operates in a noisy facility with Flexo and corrugated packaging machines. Overtime is common, with shifts extending to 9 hours. The facility follows strict safety and compliance standards, including a 4-panel OralTox test and background checks with waivers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
