Job Overview:

The Radiologic Technologist performs quality diagnostic x-ray exams to all patient populations of the hospital. X-ray exams are done in the X-ray Department, portably through-out the facility and in the OR.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Graduate from an acreditted Radiologic Technologist program

  • Proficient in using PACS and CR systems

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • NJ Radiologic Technologist license

  • ARRT

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working, 8am-4pm, and rotate on alternate weekends

  • 4X10 hour shifts

  • FT

Essential Functions:

  • Lift, assist and transport patients

  • Perform data entry for exam tracking and patient charging

  • Other departmental duties as assigned
