Senior Fixed Asset Accountant
Job Description
As a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant, you will be responsible for approving fixed asset invoices and related purchase orders, posting fixed asset additions, transfers, and disposals in the system, and resolving discrepancies related to fixed assets. Your role includes making asset-related journal entries, including fixed asset and depreciation accruals, as well as preparing, reviewing, and distributing fixed asset reports. You will also approve acquired asset additions, disposals for sold assets, record related journal entries, and handle the reconciliation of fixed asset sub-ledger to general ledger. Ensuring the integrity of fixed asset sub-ledger data and managing both internal and external fixed asset inquiries and reporting requests are key components of this role.

Job Type
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office in Raleigh, NC, and 2 days remote per week.
