Description
Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting division is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper who is a QuickBooks Online guru to join a great landscaping firm in Sacramento!
This Full Charge Bookkeeper would be overseeing a team of two (AP/AR Clerks), and would be handling all journal entries in QBO, reconciling, acting as backup to payroll, assisting with auditing and making sure all entries in QBO are correct.
This is a full-time position that would start right away. This job is 100% on site and would ideally be 7am-4pm. The ideal candidate would have 4-5 years of experience and have experience with QuickBooks Online (a must!). A plus would also be Aspire software experience.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory for this role.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Ability to use Computerized Accounting System effectively is required.
• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) will be an added advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas, is required.
• Demonstrated experience in executing Accounting Functions is critical.
• Must be able to manage and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in preparing and managing Annual Budget is a must.
• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis is necessary.
• Must have hands-on experience with Quickbooks Online.
