Description
We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with a solid college education to join our team in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generating weekly aging reports in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is keen on maintaining high levels of accuracy in their work.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Requirements
College degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Proven working experience as an AR Specialist.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
