Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Japanese/English Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include conference and meeting planning, preparation of documents, coordination of tasks, collecting and compiling records, and filing documentation appropriately. The role also involves gathering data and preparing standard and custom reports to aid in decision-making. Candidates may be required to work irregular hours including late evenings or early mornings to meet work demands.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Raymond, Ohio and some days remote.
