Job Description:
Process & Tools -- Focus: Day-to-day rhythm of business
Supports in development of operational processes with a focus on day-to-day rhythm of business
Assists in implementation of processes and tools
Advises on improvement in quality and efficiency of current processes and tools
Collaborates with internal teams and external partners on rhythm of business processes
Production & Coordination -- Focus: Roadmap coordination between pillars
Assists in day-to-day roadmap management, tracking prioritized schedules and release plans
Assists others to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap
Bridges social media and community activities into a combined pipeline and workflow
Works with minimal guidance to ensure alignment across pillar functions
Collaborates actively with team members, internal partners, and external partners
Proactively brings potential projects or opportunities up to support broader program management
Independently works through solutions and sources answers to challenges
Experience with project management or production tools (confluence, jira, smartsheet, asana, trello, clickup, etc. )
Experience in project management or production workflow, ideally with experience in game production, marketing/agency production, or video/graphic design production
Proficiency in excel (formatting, formulas & functions, pivot tables, etc)
Experience in social media and community environments
Game industry experience
