Pay: $64000 - $92800 / year Schedule: M - F; 8a - 5p on call as needed Location: Redmond, WA | Meta Campus The Assistant Facility Manager of Culinary will help the Regional Culinary Manager by providing general overall Management of the culinary technician team and vendor services needed to maintain the cafe equipment. Work with the Regional Culinary Manager to handle routine equipment or operational issues, including- procurement of supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Primary Responsibilities Relationship Management *Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of culinary services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction *Coordinate special client in support of client or JLL *Assist the Engineering Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives Compliance *Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures *Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly *Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices *Implement and monitor hazard control and team health and safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards Team Management *Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of maintenance best practices and innovations Administrative Function *Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary *Support soft services as needed and directed such as: meetings preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging Job Requirements Education *Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2 - 3 years in Maintenance Management, preferred) *Minimum of two years of industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant Knowledge, Skills, and Ability *Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills *Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives *Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems) as they interact with a Kitchen environment JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
