Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:

Understands customers' needs and develops guidance on designing configurations and deploying solutions on Microsoft platforms. Updates troubleshooting guides and content and communicates translation of signals into actionable insights to product teams to improve service reliability. Implements and/or provides recommendations on automation of solutions and new feature/tools of the products and identifies upscale customer opportunities. Conducts impact and root cause analysis and handles escalations. Conducts health checks to ensure customer environment is optimized and configured for deployment. Partners with other teams to resolve customer issues, deliver solutions to them, discuss customer progression and common issues. Utilizes resources, tools, and input to identify and flag defects/signals in the products. Gathers feedback and acts as a voice of customers and partners to inform relevant product and business groups on their product experience and usage. Identifies and resolves knowledge gaps and KPIs in the current products. Leverages and/or recommends and develops readiness programs and developmental opportunities. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

*Requirements: *

  • Education: Master's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12 months of experience in any computer-related occupation.
  • Specific Skills: Experience must include 12 months of experience in each of the following: Dynamics 365; Dynamics Portals; Azure; C#; Web Services; SQL Server; and Azure Data Explorer.  

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (V2497741), in Redmond, WA, is $153,589 to $183,589 per year. 

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?  

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
