PACE Staffing Network Material Handler II in Redmond, Washington
Job Responsibilities:
Trained in operation of hand jacks, lifting devices, cutting tools, and related material handling equipment.
Keep production stocked with raw materials.
Request product from the warehouse and assign to designated production area.
Identify proper labeling, count, and the transport of materials to stored locations.
Assist with job set ups, changeovers, lot closings, and line clearance.
May provide guidance to lower-level Material Handler(s).
Must adhere to all safety protocols.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and be able to manipulate up to 110 lbs.
Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
Job Details:
Payrate: $21.90/hr.
Initially structured as a 12-month contract
Schedule: 5:30am-4:00pm (Monday thru Thursday)
Onsite position, based in Redmond, WA
Candidate Requirements:
High School or GED, preferred
Manufacturing Experience or 2-years of related work experience preferred
Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed
Performs work independently without being prompted.
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work within tight timelines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, and accuracy.
Basic computer and math skills.
