NAEPD is a wholesale parts dealer. Our mandate is to create and sell to a distributor network for a variety of parts segments. As our Parts Supervisor you play an integral role in the success of the Company. Duties include determining parts requirements with dealers, selling parts, expediting, providing order processing services, and inventory planning. You will also assist with NAEPD work orders as required. This role will be involved with procuring and purchasing AMP from overseas suppliers.

• Experience and Knowledge. You have recent successful experience of 3+ years with managing a team, and you are comfortable with managing a team that is geographically diverse. You have strong parts equipment knowledge, and a background in construction equipment.  Experience with parts distribution is required. You have a successful track record with warehouse planning and organizing for large inventory volumes.

• Planning.  You can gather and evaluate market and sales information to forecast and plan for future volumes, staffing and capital expenditures, and you can monitor and control these costs by effective management.

• Computer Literate. You're going to need strong computer skills to be proficient with our software, and you'll need to be very comfortable with Microsoft products so that you can maintain and create meaningful, informative, and timely business reports.

• Flexible.  Growth of NAEPD will depend on your ability to source goods and supplies and develop sales and distribution relationships.  You will have a valid passport and can expect one to two international trips each year, and additional occasional travel through North America.
