Brief Summary

The Senior International Accountant will be responsible for processing bills and invoices for the international arm of the business, as well as assisting in month end reporting.

The candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process Vendor bills accurately and efficiently.

• Review Vendor statements and reconcile accounts.

• Prepare and process payments to vendors and maintain accurate payment records.

• Prepare sales invoices for customers accurately and efficiently.

• Point of contact for all finance customer queries.

• Credit Control

• Bank reconciliations.

• Assist in management reporting.

• Assist in quarterly VAT return preparation.

• Assist in audits.

• Provide data for monthly payrolls.

• Collaborate with other members of the finance team.

• Assist with other finance related tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production accounting or related finance roles

• Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable procedures

• Excellent organisation skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Previous experience of working in multiple currencies is desirable.

• NetSuite and Tipalti experience are desirable.
