We are looking for a part-time employee to help support a maintenance/landscape employee of ours who works at 1 property only off Keystone. Its a beautiful property right on the Truckee River. We work for an HOA there and maintain the grounds. 4 hours per week. Those hours can be split up. (3) 8 hour days or split between the 5 days. There is some flexibility. The hours must be worked within 7a-3:30pm and consistently after a decision has been made on the hours.The job requires someone who is committed, can follow instructions, lift Up to 50 lbs, stand all day and be willing to put their phone aside during work. The job consists of leaf blowing, using a regular lawn mower, being willing to use a shovel when planting flowers, vacuuming the hallways of 7 buildings and other miscellaneous Groundskeeping tasks. This job will end in September. However, for any superstar we will not let them slip through the cracks if they want to keep working. We would likely attempt to find them something else.
