Our sales professionals earn a lucrative commission. Our sales associates are able to earn $45,000-$55,000+ annually with a sales guarantee of at least $20.00 per hour for the first three months. We also provide extensive product training and support to enhance your ability to assist customers and increase your earning potential.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals
- Dependable, presentable and personable with the public
- Basic computer and typing skills needed
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Greet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concerns
- Ensure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceeded
- Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes
- All other duties as assigned
