Our Raw Materials Sampling Supervisors are responsible for:
Technical Responsibilities:
Overseeing sample collection, testing of pharmaceutical utilities (air, gas, water), and accurate documentation
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining laboratory operations
Calibrating instruments, supporting method validation, and performing sterile cleanroom activities
Investigating quality deviations and participating in cross-functional teams to improve operations
Leadership Responsibilities:
Training and managing employees on GMP-related responsibilities and laboratory procedures
Coordinating scheduling, allocating responsibilities, and overseeing new hire onboarding
Ensuring exceptional customer service and promoting the company's vision
Meeting quality and productivity metrics while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field, or equivalent experience
2-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced GMP environment
Experience with cleanroom operations and aseptic techniques
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams
Self-motivated with excellent planning and multitasking abilitiess
What to Expect in the Hiring Process:
10-15 minute phone interview with the Recruiter
60-minute virtual meeting with the Hiring Team
30-minute virtual meeting with the Site Director
The position is a full-time, 1st shift role. Hours will be Mon-Fri from 8 am-4:30 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply. The position includes excellent full-time benefits; including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options.

Base compensation is $35-38 per hour based on experience
